Seamus joined Daniels O’Connell following his graduation from law school in May of 2021.

During his time in law school, Seamus developed a broad range of experience by working in both commercial litigation firms and the in-house departments of a fortune 500 company and NASQAQ-listed private equity firm.

Since joining us, Seamus has gained extensive experience in numerous real estate transactions, including commercial and multifamily building acquisitions and sales, residential sales from both the buyers’ and sellers’ perspectives and real estate financing. Seamus has been an integral part of our team on these transactions from due diligence through closing. Additionally, Seamus is essential to our cooperative and condominium practice where he participates as transfer agent in the sale of cooperative units and prepares and files amendments to offering plans.

Seamus received his B.A. in English from Pennsylvania State University and his JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he served as the Promotions Editor of the Pace International Law Review.

Seamus was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Real Property section of the Westchester County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Seamus enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid runner and plans to complete his first marathon this year.
